Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly.

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may wait for delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.

  • Orders containing multiple items may only allow cancellation of the items that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Order Cancellation Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request cancellation. Provide your order number and payment confirmation.

  2. Our team will review your request and notify you immediately once your cancellation is approved. Refund arrangements will be communicated at the same time.

  3. Keep all communication records until the cancellation process is complete.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the same card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are expected to be credited within 1-3 business days, depending on card issuer processing. Please contact us if delays occur.

  • Partial refunds may be processed separately if multiple items are involved and some have already shipped.

  • Refunds include only the original payment amount; additional service or transaction fees are non-refundable.
