Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may wait for delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.

Orders containing multiple items may only allow cancellation of the items that have not yet been processed for shipping.
